This is for parents, adults or children who would like support and guidance during this period of transition that impacts so many diverse areas of one’s life.

Divorce can be an end, but also a beginning. However if you don’t want to repeat the same relationship mistakes over again, please take some time to heal and reflect. The greatest gift you can give to yourself and your children right now, and always, is to get emotional support, and recover and rejuvenate to make some good decisions for their future, and for yourse. Do not rush, take your time.

My Masters thesis was a Research-Practitioner approach to a 12-week Divorce Adjustment Program for children. This resulted in many magazine articles, workshops, speaking engagements at conferences, training other psychologist, and even a children’s TV documentary. So I have extensive, privileged experience in how divorce and separation impacts adults and children, and I am comfortable engaging in individual, family and group work to support those walking this life journey.
